This one-hour interactive workshop by Hybrid with Sharon Kristjanson will assist participants in creating a blueprint for staying aligned with their most important values.

We live in a time of uncertainty. Uncertainty can lead to discomfort, and discomfort can lead us to be reactive and not fully aligned with our deepest values. This grounding tool, called a Personal Vision Statement, is remarkably effective at guiding us in any kind of situation. The key is knowing how to shape it and use it. This workshop will help participants create a statement that is both personal and practical.  Offered both in-person and by Zoom.
